As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that therapy is an important avenue for people to change their lives by looking at how they see the world from the inside out and how the world affects them from the outside in. Change within organizations and systems is part of the work I also do in my consulting practice. In my role as a consultant, I draw upon my training and skills as an attorney and educator to help companies and nonprofit organizations with training support, retreat facilitation, program development and management, grant writing and fund development, policy and procedure development, and marketing and community advocacy.
